1. Our Quality Promise

At Bakers Delights, every item is crafted with premium ingredients and baked fresh daily. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged goods or an incorrect order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of bakery products, we cannot accept returns of food items that have been opened or partially consumed. Freshness is our priority — all products are delivered on the day they are baked.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For EFT payments, please provide your banking details for the refund transfer.
