Welcome to Bakers Delights ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at bakersdelights.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Bakers Delights is a premium artisan bakery offering freshly baked goods, biltong, and savouries for delivery within Lenasia, South Africa. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via Yoco (credit/debit cards), Lemon Squeezy (international cards), and EFT bank transfer. Orders are confirmed once payment is verified.

4. Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Lenasia, South Africa. A standard delivery fee of R30 applies. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to demand or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed at our discretion and may take 5–10 business days.
